
Greek Yogurt & Feta Bites with Kasseri and Greek Honey
Inspired by the rich tradition of Greek cheese pies, these savory Greek Yogurt and Feta Bites with Kasseri and honey bring you classic flavor in a simple, snackable format. They're baked until golden and drizzled with real Greek honey, a sweet-savory treat loved at school, parties, or for mezze. Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- Pinch cinnamon powder
- Salt & ground black pepper
- 1 cup crumbled Greek feta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Greek kasseri or kaskeval cheese
- 1 cup self-rising flour*
- Optional: toasted sesame seeds for garnish
- 2 tablespoons Greek honey for drizzling
- *Alternate: 1 cup regular flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp baking soda + 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare tray.

Mix wet ingredients until smooth.

Add lemon zest, mint, salt, pepper, feta and kasseri; stir.

Sift in self-rising flour; bring dough together.

Shape into balls, flatten tops, tray; sprinkle sesame if using.

Bake 15–20 min until golden.

When warm, drizzle honey over bites.
