
Cheesy Broccoli Crisps
These crispy broccoli crisps are a delightful twist on traditional snacks, combining the crunch of broccoli with the richness of halloumi cheese. Perfect for a quick and satisfying snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 3 small heads of broccoli cut into florets
- 250 grams shredded halloumi cheese
- Salt pepper, garlic powder to taste
- For the Spicy Ranch Dip:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mint
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Pinch of cayenne pepper optional

Preheat the oven to 420°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for a minute or two, then strain and transfer to a platter lined with paper towels.

Sprinkle the baking sheet with a thin layer of halloumi cheese. Arrange broccoli florets on top, leaving space to mash them. Smash gently using a small glass.

Sprinkle tops with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and broccoli is crispy.
