Kiwi blueberry smoothie

It’s also involved in immune function; it’s necessary for your body to make collagen and neurotransmitters. Furthermore, kiwis contain potassium, copper, vitamin K, folate, and vitamin E. Kiwis are low in calories, protein, and fat and are a good source of fiber.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis
  • 5 oz blueberries ½ cup reserved as decoration
  • 4 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp or more if desired raw Greek honey
  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly chop the kiwi. Place in a blender or food processor with the blueberries, yogurt, honey, mint, and blitz until smooth.
  2. Taste, add more honey accordingly, and serve decorated with the reserved blueberries.
