This Kale & Cabbage Slaw with Dried Fruits, Seeds & Nuts is an easy, tasty and nutritious salad! Dried fruits, almonds and nuts add both flavor, texture and a lot of good nutritioun to this easy salad.   1. Mix the kale, cabbage, scallions, almonds, and all the dried fruits together in a serving bowl.

  2. In a separate, small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard and salt. Pour into the salad just before serving, toss, and serve.
