  1. Marinate salmon 15‑20 min.
  2. Sauté leek, onion, scallions; add spinach and season.
  3. Stir in dill, nutmeg, feta; transfer to baking dish.
  4. Sear salmon, reduce marinade, pour over fish; bake at 350 °F for 15‑20 min.
