
Honey Mustard Salmon, Baked over Spinach and Greek Feta

- Salmon fillets
- orange juice
- Dijon mustard
- Greek pine honey
- ouzo
- hot sauce
- Spinach
- feta
- leek
- onion
- scallions
- dill
- nutmeg
- olive oil
- garlic
- sea salt
- pepper
Instructions

Marinate salmon 15‑20 min.

Sauté leek, onion, scallions; add spinach and season.

Stir in dill, nutmeg, feta; transfer to baking dish.

Sear salmon, reduce marinade, pour over fish; bake at 350 °F for 15‑20 min.
