PARTICIPANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Responsibility

Delicious Greece Ltd., its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and assigns (collectively “DGL”) does not own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for your trip, including lodging facilities, transportation companies, ground handlers, restaurants, guides, activity providers, or entertainment providers.

DGL acts solely as an intermediary between participants and independent third-party suppliers.

As a result, DGL is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such supplier or any other third party not under its control.

Without limiting the foregoing, DGL accepts no responsibility for any risk or resulting injury, delay, inconvenience, damage, additional expense, or death resulting from criminal activity, weather, acts of God, accidents, disease, epidemics, illness, lack of medical care, strikes, civil unrest, overbooking, defective conditions in accommodations, acts of terrorism, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or any other event beyond its control.

Participants acknowledge that travel and participation in culinary and cultural programs involve inherent risks and voluntarily assume such risks.

Payment & Enrollment

Upon payment for any DGL travel program, participant will be automatically enrolled and reserved a place in the program.

A nonrefundable deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total program price is required at the time of booking for all multi-day travel programs.

The deposit secures your reserved space in a limited-capacity program and removes that space from availability for other potential participants.

The remaining balance is due no later than ninety (90) days prior to the program start date unless otherwise specified.

Failure to remit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Prices are based on exchange rates and supplier costs at the time of publication.

Because many program expenses are paid in euros, DGL reserves the right to adjust program prices if the U.S. dollar to euro exchange rate exceeds $1.20 USD to €1.00 EUR prior to the program start date. Any necessary adjustment will be applied only to the final balance and participants will be notified in advance.

DGL reserves the right to adjust prices if currency fluctuations or supplier cost changes materially affect program costs.

The following cancellation policy applies to all multi-day travel programs:

Participants who cancel within ninety (90) days may request to transfer their reservation to another participant subject to DGL approval.
