Greek Herb & Honey Smoothie Bowl with Spinach, Nuts and Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 banana preferably frozen
  • 2 fresh peaches pitted
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons blanched almonds
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons ground Greek dried mint
  • 1 – 3 teaspoons Greek honey
  • ½ ripe kiwi diced
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend half the banana, three of the peach halves, spinach, almond milk, yogurt, 3 tablespoons almonds, dried mint and honey in a blender with 4 to 6 ice cubes until very smooth.
  2. Cut the remaining banana and peach half into slices. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with kiwi, peach and banana slices and the remaining 2 tablespoons almonds. Serve
