My friend Johnny Livanos, creator of one of the first Greek gins, Stray Dog – and, yes, you can really taste the nuanced spectrum of Greek herbs that he uses in his distillation process – created this cocktail for his family’s restaurant Ousia.

Stray Dog Wild Gin

Verino Mastiha Antica or any Mastiha liqueur

Greek Honey

Lemon Juice

Spritz of rose water

Shake everything together, strain into a glass filled with crushed ice, and garnish with a spritz of Greek rose water. Sip away!
