Apple Banana Smoothie With Granola, Pine Honey, And Peanut Butter

NUT ALTERNATIVES TO PEANUT BUTTER: Almond, walnut, hazelnut, and cashew kinds of butter. ALTERNATIVE KINDS OF MILK: Oat, coconut, and rice milk are the best almond milk alternatives.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas sliced plus more for garnish
  • 1 apple roughly chopped, plus more for garnish
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Medjool date pitted
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats oatmeal or granola, to garnish
  • 2 Tbsp almonds roughly chopped, to garnish
  • 2 tsp pine honey to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup, garnish with oats, almonds, and caramel sauce and enjoy immediately.
