Melon, Cucumber & Lime Juice

NOTE: Melons are rich in nutrients, they may help to reduce blood pressure due to its high potassium and low sodium content. Honeydew melon contains several nutrients that are vital for repairing and maintaining strong bones, including folate, vitamin K and magnesium.

Ingredients

  • ½ large honeydew melon
  • 1 cucumber cut into large pieces
  • 2 lime zest and pith removed

Instructions

  1. Take the melon, remove the seeds, then cut the flesh away from the outer skin and chop into chunks. Put the melon, cucumber and lime through your juicer.
  2. Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
