Beet Carrot Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 medium red beets peeled and trimmed, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 2 apples any variety, peeled and cored, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 6 carrots peeled, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 2- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled -
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth, about 2-4 minutes.
  2. Discard the pulp and pour your juice into a serving glass. Drink immediately or chill for a bit.
