Avocado Smoothie with Greek Yogurt and Honey
You can leave the ice out of this Greek recipe for an avocado smoothie with Greek honey and Greek yogurt and you can also opt to pour it over ice cubes in a glass. It makes for a filling Greek breakfast and good example of how to incorporate the green Mediterranean diet into your daily routine.

In the bowl of a food processor, blender or smoothie maker, puree all the ingredients with about 1 cup of crushed or cubed ice. Serve.
