    Activities have included: Recipe development for sauces and cooked pasta dishes, used on the company website as well as in a unique telephone archive.


  • Mastihashop SA
    One of Greece’s most vibrant food companies. Mastihashop, showcase for all the Mastiha (gummastic) products produced with this unique ingredient, has embarked on an exciting venture to broaden the product’s appeal, both within Greece and abroad.
    As a consultant for them I help with product development,and retail and events planning in the United States. I also do recipe development and cookbooks, as well as create other promotional tools for the products.
